Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Gridder ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This agreement is between you and the developer of Gridder ("we", "us"), not with Apple Inc.

1. What Gridder does

Gridder is a planning tool for visual creators. It lets you preview how photos and videos will look arranged in a grid before you publish them elsewhere, organise them into projects, crop and split images, and export the result to your photo library.

Gridder is a planning and preview tool only. It does not publish, schedule, or post anything on your behalf to any social network.

2. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta

Gridder is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

"Instagram" is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. It is used in the App and in this document only to describe the App's purpose and compatibility.

When you enter a username, the App retrieves information that Instagram makes publicly available for that profile. Availability of that information is entirely outside our control and may change or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee that this feature will function, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by changes on Instagram's side.

3. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
• use the App to violate any law, or the terms of service of any third-party platform.

We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

4. Your content

Any photos, videos, and text you add to the App remain yours. We claim no ownership over them.
