By using Swiper, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

About the app

Swiper is an iOS application that helps you clean up your photo gallery by swiping photos left (delete) or right (keep). The app operates entirely on your device.

Subscriptions

Swiper offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Swiper Pro):

Free tier: 50 swipes per day, resetting at midnight local time. — Swiper Pro Monthly: $0.99 USD per month with auto-renewal. — Swiper Pro Yearly: $9.99 USD per year with auto-renewal.

Swiper Pro unlocks unlimited swipes, the "Largest Files" browsing category, and improved similar photo detection.

There is no free trial period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period. Subscription prices may change, and you will be notified in advance.

Photo deletion — important

When you swipe a photo to the left, it is moved to the in-app trash. From there, you can restore individual photos. However, once you confirm "Empty Trash," the photos are permanently deleted through the iOS system API. This action is irreversible. Swiper cannot recover permanently deleted photos. You are solely responsible for reviewing the contents of the trash before confirming deletion. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your photo library (e.g., via iCloud Photos) before using the app.

Intellectual property

Swiper and all associated content, design, and code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

Swiper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of photos or data.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
